Brazil - Bosso Nova 200g

Our first roast specially selected for our Espresso. We use this for our pop-up espresso bars in the markets! Its a delightfully smooth coffee with a little cranberry acidity, a creamy dulce de leche sweetness and a light nuttiness.

The farms are found in a vast tropical Savannah which hosts over 10,000 different plant species. As such the area is one of the most productive coffee regions in Brazil. This is a classic example of Brazilian natural coffee.

Volcafe (the importer) work with local farms to ensure fair trade and encourage sustainable farming practises. They are pioneers of best practise in the region and their expert cuppers in the lab ensure only the highest grade of product is shipped.

While this is primarily an espresso roast, it actually suits a pourover with a sweet, rounded cup, smooth nuttiness with low acidity.
