This is a special limited edition lot from the famous Wilton Benitez in Colombia. Subtle, clean and tropical. Pineapple, Lychee, floral notes.

This award winning producer is renowned for producing some of the best coffee in the world. This coffee has an SCA score of 94 and has been selected for its clarity and intrigue in the coffee cup.

The Yellow bourbon is yeast-inoculated and double fermented. Fermentation happens before and after depulping before being washed and dried under crontrolled conditions.

We have worked closely with a local artist to design the beautiful labelling which celebrates the fruity character of the coffee.
