Uganda - Bugisu

This bean offers a clean cup with a sugar cane sweetness, citrus acidity and a tea like body.

An AA graded beans refers to the sorting of the cherries. Fruit is carefully chosen to be consistently large and of high quality and ripeness and a low defect count which expresses itself in a simple and delightful cup.

Green Coffee Collective and the Sucafina (importers) group work with farms on a small 2.5ha rainforest alliance plot and ensure climate-smart practises to support Biodiversity, soil health and water conseration.
